Hello world!

(Feb 18) Welcome to my new focus on getting myself well. January 1st was the start of a wellness journal for me. I’m not sure why this was different than the previous 62 January 1st’s that I have gone by.

I started a journey of making some commitments to myself from a wellness point of view. The main objective is to loose 30 lbs of weight. Knowing the impact on health carrying extra weight has this was my first focus.

  • 10,000 steps per day
  • handstand daily
  • self-care weekly

I will share my progress. Successes, challenges, learnings. Feel free to comment and add your thoughts as this has turned into an incredible learning journey on the health / fitness / longevity journey.
