Health and Diet
Peanut butter is an American tradition. Peanut butter provides vitamins, minerals, protein and carbohydrates. Two tablespoons of smooth peanut butter can provide 8 grams of protein, magnesium and phosphorus. It may be higher in fat (16 grams in 2 Tbsp.) than some foods, but consume it in moderation. You can even reduce the fat in recipes by substituting peanut butter for butter.
Fitness
Moderation is the key. If you over train by performing too many exercise sessions continuously without proper rest, you don’t give the muscles enough time to recover. Therefore you won’t reap the benefits of exercising. Physical symptoms of overtraining include: poor performances, inability to maintain training intensity, chronic fatigue, elevated resting heart rate, hormonal changes, high blood pressure, continual muscle soreness, sudden weight loss, headaches and frequent sickness."
