Health and Diet
Do you get enough calcium?
Your bones will be strong or weak, depending upon your diet and lifestyle. If you don’t consume enough calcium, your body takes it from your bones to keep your heart and muscles working properly. You should get a minimum of 1,200 to 1,500 milligrams of calcium daily. Milk, yogurt and tofu are great sources of calcium.

Fitness
Have fun in the sun. Don’t go from couch potato to beach potato. Use your day by the sea to get in some extra activity. Join a volleyball tournament, take a bike ride, try windsurfing, go surfing or jog along the water. But never, EVER wear a tiny Speedo.
