Avoid the bag of potato chips and reach for pretzels or air popped popcorn. Enjoy the foods that comfort you – by not overindulging.
FitnessFitness should be fun. Choose activities that you think you will enjoy. Ask yourself if you enjoy more individual sports like biking, group activities like martial arts class or team activities like volleyball. Maybe a combination of all three fits your needs. You won't know if you like it until you try it. So let yourself be a kid again and find ways to make fitness fun.
