Join Astrid Cameron-Kent, Fermented Foods Specialist, to learn how to ferment foods and drinks like Sauerkraut, Salsa, Sour dough bread, Kombucha and Kefir. This workshop will help you understand the powerful benefits and effects of fermented foods within your micro biome.
You will get hands on experience in the preparation of these fermented foods and drinks. You will leave the workshop with some mason jars of these fermented foods.
